<p><strong>The Purpose of Feelings</strong></p>

<p>Although we love feeling “good” and usually dislike feeling “bad”, feelings are a special part of the energy of who we are.  Feelings are a reading of our energy that tell us whether we are movin’ on up, or in a downward spin. We can use a compass to determine which direction our feelings are moving. Or we can use a GPS, a more sophisticated instrument which not only indicates direction, but also tells us if we have taken the shortest, most scenic or safest route to our destination. Either way, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">feelings are our directional system.<a href="http://backtobrilliance.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/mastersofenergy.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-802" title="mastersofenergy" src="http://backtobrilliance.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/mastersofenergy-300x228.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="228" /></a></span></p>
<p>Using a directional system allows us to avoid getting lost when visiting friends, and on our life journey toward our goals and aspirations. Without a GPS in life, we have no connection to our big picture, our map, or our blueprint. Our life events become bumper cars that knock us around in any direction from one moment to the next.</p>
<p>Here’s how this works:</p>
<ul>
<li>Feelings are the directional guide that tell us exactly where we are and remind us to check our thoughts.</li>
<li>Feelings always follow thought.</li>
<li>Checking our thoughts then gives us a choice to choose new thoughts or to continue on our present route.</li>
</ul>
<p>This is how feelings work in our current, 3<sup>rd</sup> dimensional world. In the 3-D world we have a duality of feelings, good and bad, high and low, rational and irrational.  Everything has its opposite in a duality world.</p>
<p>We are now moving into a 5<sup>th</sup> dimensional world in which our awareness grows and we ascend into a consciousness of the whole.  <span style="text-decoration: underline;">In a 5-D, multidimensional world, we live in the perfect NOW, in wholeness, oneness and peace.</span> This is much more of a “feeling” world. Here our feelings direct us to continuing, unlimited, expansive possibilities. Here we choose the possibilities (thoughts) that most resonate with our gifts, our expanded being.</p>
<p><strong>In all dimensions our feelings and our lives have great purpose.</strong> Our life journeys are leading us to the understanding and expression of pure love.</p>
<p>Our feelings tell us when we are on the journey to pure love and when we have taken a side trip. Knowing when we have taken a side trip gives us the opportunity to shift our thinking back to Brilliance.</p>
<p>In our present world we can know that we are on the most direct path to being Brilliance by using our feelings GPS. <strong>In the 5-D world where we are whole and complete, we reside in the heart of all life and we are Love in action. We are on the journey of a lifetime: turn on your feelings motor and  experience the shift from a motor coach to a zero point energy ship to the stars.</strong></p>

<p>time to take a closer look at your micro-mirror to determine what is creating those experiences and stress in your life. Short of a medical condition, these are not common or normal and no one needs to believe that they simply have to accept these symptoms or that they will somehow miraculously disappear.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">It is up to us to discover the cause and shift our thinking</span>, filtering out the old patterns of thought that aren’t creating the health and happiness we all desire. Is it really that simple, just shifting our thoughts to eliminate our stress? Yes!</p>
<p>When you understand how <span style="text-decoration: underline;">we create what we pay attention to</span>, the choice is clear. We can focus on solutions, not problems, and move out of the line of fire. Stress isn’t an option when our minds focus on our Brilliance, our unlimited inner resources, and our zest for living life full-out.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday Lynne was talking with a very good friend of ours who commented that she still finds herself paying too much attention to what other people say or think about her. This is something that we frequently continue to deal with in our lives.</p>
<p>First of all when anyone gets caught up in what they think someone else thinks about them, there is a gut clenching or very uncomfortable feeling that may range from sadness or despair to anger. Some people go to the anger first. When this happens to us it is our first indication that something is out of kilter.</p>
<p>We have come to understand that our feelings are messengers. Negative feelings tell us that our thoughts about whatever is going on are negative. In other words, we are making up something negative about another person, believing it, and perhaps acting on it. Whenever we experience trauma and drama in our families or jobs, it is because we have made our thoughts into facts.</p>
<p>We have learned to fact check from our natural Brilliance. Then we don’t have to personalize what other people are saying or thinking about us.  This is a huge stress eliminator. This makes stress relief easy for us.</p>
