To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate BacktoBrilliance.com and/or its affiliates' intellectual property rights, BacktoBrilliance.com and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Minnesota, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Any other disputes will be resolved as follows:

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Hennepin County, Minnesota. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Hennepin County, Minnesota, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

Termination

These Terms of Use agreement are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all BacktoBrilliance.com site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice at BacktoBrilliance.com’Aos sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other BacktoBrilliance.com site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

BacktoBrilliance.com General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by BacktoBrilliance.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

No refunds will be given for Teleclasses or Seminars due to the limited number of spaces available at these events. We will allow a one time transfer from the original class series to another series, as posted on our Event Calendar, upon request in writing for emergency circumstances, within one year of initial registration, providing there is a vacancy.

Refunds

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by BacktoBrilliance.com.If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please send us an email at contact@backtobrilliance.com for further assistance.

How will my refund be issued?

In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund. Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund. Cost of shipping is your responsibility.

If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note that the original expiration date will still apply.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
